We strive to complete your installation within 72 hours, significantly faster than the typical 3-week wait. Interested in getting your Starlink installed by the experts? Contact us for a free quote and consultation.

We can typically schedule one of our installers to your location within an average of 72 hours, regardless of how rural your area may be. In rare cases where we’re experiencing a high volume of installations in a specific region, availability may be slightly delayed. If that happens, we’ll let you know during the booking process so you can confirm that the timing works for your schedule.

Yes. All of our Starlink installers are fully insured, qualified, and vetted.

Every installer has been through a criminal background check and carries a minimum of $1 million in liability insurance for your peace of mind. Our technicians are trained specifically in Starlink internet technology as well as standard home and business networking practices.

Most of the installers we work with have extensive experience in satellite installations and home networking. For those newer to the field, thorough training is required before they are ever dispatched to a customer installation. This ensures that every technician who arrives at your location is prepared to deliver a professional, safe, and high-quality installation.

What if my property has trees or other obstructions?

If your property has trees or other potential obstructions, this is addressed early in the process during the initial booking and complimentary virtual site survey. We will never book an installation if we believe Starlink will not perform well at your location.

If we identify possible obstructions from satellite imagery—or if you inform us of concerns—we can schedule an on-site survey for a $75 fee. During this visit, our installer will evaluate multiple possible mounting locations using the Starlink obstruction test, review signal quality in each area, and explain the results to you.

The installer will then recommend the best antenna placement based on performance, and you’ll have the final say on which location you prefer. Once the placement is chosen, we’ll determine the most appropriate mounting solution, clearly outline the job details for your approval, and—if everything looks good—schedule your installation.

During your Starlink installation appointment, the process is designed to be smooth and efficient.

When the installer arrives, they will already have the full job details and scope of work that were discussed between you and our representative during the booking process, so there’s no need for a long list of questions upon arrival.

About half of the work takes place outside, including mounting the Starlink dish and running the cable. The installer will need access to the inside of your home or business to route the cable indoors, set up the router, complete the system configuration, and run speed tests to confirm everything is operating at full potential.

Once the installation and testing are complete, the installer will walk you through the Starlink app so you feel confident using it. After you approve the installation quality and system performance, the appointment is complete and the installer will be on their way.

What’s your workmanship warranty and post-install support for United States customers?
  • We guarantee workmanship for one year and offer three months of tech help during business hours. Prefer always-on assistance? Our partners at KVH provide 24/7/365 optional support and account management for $19 per month, per location. Multi-site operators often centralize tickets in the U.S. under that program.
  • Of course. You can view many different types of Starlink installations that we’ve completed for home, vehicles, and business owners throughout the United States by visiting our Starlink Install Gallery. Alternatively, tell us the roof type and neighborhood and we’ll text or email comparable examples. You can review mount choices, cable paths, and hardware notes relevant to your needs.
  • Starlink says that you can expect a speed between 25-225 Mbps with latency around 20–40 ms, a notable improvement for rural locations. However, what we’re used to seeing as professional installers, considering there are little to no obstructions, you should be somewhere in the neighborhood of 170 Mbps – 300 Mbps. That is based on a nationwide average using over 3,200 installs as examples.
  • There are now 3 residential plans to choose from – The Residential unlimited plan for $120 (up to 400+ Mbps download) per month, the Residential Lite plan  (up to 250+ Mbps download) for $80 per month, and the newly added Residential 100 Mbps plan for $40 per month. In either event, you can pause, reactivate, upgrade, or downgrade whenever you choose.
  • Starlink’s business plans typically deliver speeds of 300-450 Mbps from device to internet and 450-900 Mbps from device to router in optimal conditions. While these speeds are not Starlink’s official estimates, they reflect what we commonly see during installations with no obstructions.

The Flat High Performance hardware is currently $1,500.

The newest Starlink Performance Kit ($2,000) features an aluminum enclosure and supports AC and DC power, making it ideal for remote areas, harsh weather zones, and in-motion connectivity.

Whether you’re operating a construction site, managing a farm, or running a business in a rural region, Starlink provides enterprise-grade speeds and uptime you can count on. The system is built for 10-year survivability, backed by a 3-year warranty, and ready to handle whatever nature throws your way.

With download speeds up to 400+ Mbps, and network enhancements expected to enable gigabit speeds in 2026 — no hardware upgrade required.

  • Each installation is unique, but most residential setups take 2–4 hours (some as quick as 1.5 hours, depending on mounting and site conditions). You’ll be online before our technicians leave. We complete the configuration, verify connectivity, and test speeds throughout your home or business so you can confirm everything is working to your satisfaction. Afterward, Starlink may continue to optimize for up to 12 hours as it downloads updates and maps satellite connections—so you may see speeds improve further over that first day.
Can you help me determine what mount or cable I need for my install?
  • Absolutely! Using tools like Google satellite view, we can assess your home or business and recommend the ideal mount or accessories for a seamless installation. If you need help determining what type of mount is best for your situation, contact us. We’d be happy to go over everything with you and have you a complete evaluation, equipment recommendations, and a final quote in less than 10 minutes!

If Starlink is at capacity in your area, you can join their waitlist through the official Starlink website. However, there are still ways to get service sooner:

  • Starlink Roam – This plan allows you to order Starlink for use in areas where capacity is available and then bring it to your location. Keep in mind that performance may vary in high-capacity regions.
  • Flat High Performance – Since this plan is designed for mobility, it may still be available even in areas where residential service is full.
  • Business Plans – Starlink sometimes prioritizes business and enterprise accounts, making these options worth considering.

  • If you would like to install Starlink on your vehicle or boat, determining what Starlink system is best for in-motion use depends on your needs. A Starlink Mini will get you around 100Mbps download, while a Flat High Performance KIT, or the new Performance Gen 3 KIT will get you significantly higher download and upload speeds. Other determining factors are things like; do you need it for your car, truck, sprinter van, earth mover, or RV? The reason that is important is because the modem is built into the Starlink Mini, so a router is not necessary if you will be mounting to a sunroof with a suction cup mount however, if you plan on mounting on top of your roof and placing a barrier of metal between the dish and inside of your vehicle, then installing a router inside the vehicle is essential for better signal. For the Flat High Performance, and new Performance Gen 3, a router is not optional – you need one for them to function.

50 GB $65/mo, 500 GB $165/mo, 1 TB $290/mo, 2 TB $540/mo. Starlink notes “best for backup & small businesses,” up through small/midsize with higher tiers (and lists example user ranges). Includes priority network access, public IPv4, dashboard.

  • Personal – Residential / Residential Lite / Residential 100 Mbps (fixed home use)
Residential $120/mo (unlimited data). Residential Lite $80/mo (unlimited deprioritized data; speeds may be slower vs. the Residential $120 plan during peak hours). Residential 100 Mbps $40/mo (unlimited data, up to 100 Mbps download speeds).

Roam 50 GB $50/mo or Roam Unlimited $165/mo for travel/temporary use.

When to choose which:

  • Need business features (public IP, SLA-style priority, dashboard) or in-motion on land? Choose Local Priority at the data tier that matches your demand. Starlink’s fixed-site page lists who each tier fits (e.g., backup/small business → 50 GB; small business 2-4 users → 500 GB; 5-10 users → 1 TB; 10-20 users → 2 TB).

  • Fixed home use? Residential. For lower cost with peak-hour slowdowns, Residential Lite (deprioritized), Residential 100 Mbps for small households.
