The Starlink Flat High-Performance dish is specifically designed for in-motion use. It offers better connectivity in tough environments with download speeds up to 220 Mbps and upload speeds up to 25 Mbps, outperforming the standard dish for high-speed mobile use.

• Starlink says that you can expect a speed between 25-225 Mbps with latency around 20–40 ms, a notable improvement for rural locations. However, what we’re used to seeing as professional Connecticut Starlink installers, considering there are little to no obstructions, you should be somewhere in the neighborhood of 170 Mbps – 300 Mbps. That is based on a nationwide average using over 3,000 installs as examples.
• There are now 2 residential plans to choose from as of 06/13/2025 – The Residential unlimited plan for $120 per month, and the newly added Residential Lite plan for $80 per month.
